1. Services / Storitve

We provide metal fabrication, CNC machining, laser cutting, welding, and other services as described on our website.

You agree to provide accurate data, materials, and comply with applicable laws.

Prices are as quoted and may exclude VAT. Payment must be made according to the invoice.

Delivery dates are estimated. You must inspect goods on delivery and notify us of defects within X business days.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

All designs, drawings, and other materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes fall under Slovenian courts.
